What is Text Mod? - Guild Wars Forums

I've heard a bit about it. Apparantly it can help in PvP. I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me what it is, and maybe referr me to a guide. Also, just a note, I did use the search function, but random stuff came up. I will admit that I didn't look hard though.

its tex...texmod...as in texture...and it modifies them

(not textmod... which is prolly y nuthin came up in teh search)
